I was just watching your brother’s channel for the first time on tomatoes, so I went to see his channel and then I saw the bakery video and just came to see yours. Wonderful whole family business. I too come from a large family. But back to why I decided to comment, your cheese bagels and sourdough are my favorite. Here in Texas we have a jalapeño/cheese bagel that I really love and you might want to try if you don’t already, just a few see how your costumers like it. I only eat them ☺️ so no advice on making them. The ones here, the slices of jalapeños are just on top with cheese and baked, mm’mm delicious!😋 Aurora, Bread Queen, congratulations on the recognition at the market.
