Instead of frying the taquitos are baked to a crisp, filled with juicy shredded chicken cooked in an instant pot, and a log of pepper jack cheese. It's not the most traditional, but its our favorite and quickest way to have these any time. Also, the chicken taquitos come with a sauce made from it's own juices. Let us know what you think!
