We made this last night. You are correct, this is the cherry tomatoes & pasta video that should go viral. It was so delicious and very easy to make. I like that the measurements don't have to be precise, which is my kind of cooking. We love to cook and rarely eat at restaurants, even before the pandemic. This will be in our regular rotation of Italian meals. I grow lots of tomatoes in the summer and can't wait to make this with home grown cherry tomatoes. I showed your video to my wife so she would have an understanding of what we were trying to prepare. She says you're adorable.

Hello Mr. Vincenzo, my name is John Drippe, im a 16 year old boy from kansas in the US. I have been watching you videos since 2021, when i started taking an interest into italian cuisine, and so naturally i wanted to learn how to do it the way it should be, not olive garden lol 😂 Youve inspired me these last years every time i watched one of your videos. So i started making many pasta dishes too, Cacio e pepe, carbonara, sphaghetti pomodoro, cherry tomatoes pasta. I dont have alot of money, so cant afford the really nice Parmigiano or Guanciale, hard to find actually where i am, but the main dish that i could make weekly with school schedule and all is tge cherry tomatoes pasta. So good! After 3 or 4 fails, i finally got it down, and enjoy it the way it should be 😊 You are a true inspiration and have a kind heart. My dream is to one day go to Italy and taste the sensational past, but also to meet you and cook pasta with you 😊 One day when i grow up it would be an honor to meet you. I disagree. If you just eat real food like this you don't put on weight as long as you're not silly. What makes people fat and ill is processed food that's loaded with sugar, additives and chemicals. Real food and real cooking like this is the secret to good health both emotional and physical.

Just made it. It was amazing! If someone is looking for exact-ish measurements, here they are. This is for 2 portions. - 120g pasta - 450-500g cherry tomatoes - 2 gloves garlic - 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil - ~125g mascarpone cheese (less or more, depends how you like it) - salt and pepper to taste - fresh basil (no exact measurement, add how much you like) - ~40g pecorino cheese or whatever parmesan-like cheese you have (or like) I added a pinch of chilly flakes and some dry italian seasoning.

Yes....I made this yesterday and it was agreat succes!!! It's everything you said it would be! 300gr. of pasta was gone in 20 min., just my wife and I....I don't regret nothing!! That's how good it was! Thanks for the great recipe!

@@ibbeats5183 well not really... Tomatoes are nicely roasted, not baked. There is a certain technique to the cream making process. Like i said i preffer this version instead of the popular one. Usually, more steps means more flavor, and if you truly love to cook, you should play with all kind of cooking techniques... In the end, minor differences could make huge impact to the food flavor.
