How to make chicken patties Guyanese style

Pastry dough
3 cups of flour
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 tsp salt
Knead to form a dough
Leave in fridge for at least 1/2 an hour
Chicken preparation
2 large chicken breast cut into small pieces
2 tsp Seasoned with green seasoning
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Chinese sauce
Marinate for 2 hours ( can also cook right after marinate)
Cooking chicken
Add 1 clove of garlic
1/2 of a large onion finely chopped
2 green onions
1 mari wirrie pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Chinese sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese five spice
After cooking add 1 grated carrot
Roll out dough and add chicken mixture
Cook into a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes
Enjoy with your family and friends.

I think the size of the chicken pieces was too chunky, I have never seen chicken patties with the filling so chunky. I know that if it's chicken or beef, the meat is minced to mix with the veggies.

Philip Simbhu you are correct about the meat for the filling. In my video I mentioned that and this was my choice of having the chicken in chunks. You can always make it the way you like yours✌️❤️
