I honestly would have never thought to pulse the chicken breast after boiling them! You really made this look simple! I really love watching you cook. Seeing the steps come together and what each step should look like really helps with the execution of the recipe when I do try it out. You can definitely put them in the fridge and then back. Remember when the dough is cold then baked it is better because it will be flakier.

You can use the unsalted butter sticks and add salt into the dough. Or use salted butter sticks and don't use salt in the dough.
