Love your recipes and the way you teach! ❤️ Would it be possible you could add the US measurements (i.e. Cups, Tbs, Tsp, etc.)? 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you very much!

Thank you so much for another wonderful recipe!! I waited for my order of はるゆたか to arrive just to make this recipe and it was so worth it! I kneaded the dough in the same motion as yours, only for more than 300 times haha. It turned out so mochi mochi and didn't dry out even after 4 hours at room temperature! I baked it at 200C but the top already turned dark brown after 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, the outer layer was パリパリ haha, not as soft as yours but I also like crispy crust so it was still good. Do you think I should lower the heat to 190C? Or should I bake it in shorter time? Also, can I make smaller buns and bake them separately with this recipe? Baking the whole bread is too dangerous for me based on my experience... I just finished half of the 焼きたてパン by myself...

I'm very impressed that you made this bread😊 If overbaked, lower the temperature. The time remains the same. Even if you lower the temperature, if it burns too much, you can take it out about 5 minutes early Thank you for firmly kneading That's the secret that makes it so delicious I am glad. That you enjoy making bread!
