*Can you flower-infused macarons?* I saw a bakery with all different REAL flower infused macarons (I'm assuming it was in the buttercreams) like lilac and hibiscus... and I'm dying to make something like that but couldn't find any recipes! I also don't know which ones would be okay for eating. What you did with the Rosemary here is giving me ideas! :D

Artbug i know im a bit late but you could infuse some vodka or white wine vinegar with whatever edible flower you’d like, depending on what recipe you use you’d put the infused liquid in when they add in the flavours (e.g a recipe says to add vanilla essence so add the same quantity of the flower liquid in) and strain out the flowers. With the filling, if it’s buttercream you could possibly make flower infused butter (which would be made similarly to how herb butter is made), and then again, with flavouring you can add your left over infused liquid. Hopefully this helps?

Why don't you just cut up bits of flower petal and buy flower syrup (or soak the flowers in a tiny bit of hot water and add it to syrup i did this before) and then mix it into the batter?

@@shawnbryde3431 Flower syrup is syrup which is flavoured a flower (rose syrup is pretty common). Soaking flowers in hot water won't turn them bitter (I think, because I've done it before. But it was a really small amount of water) Anyway, even if it does, I guess you can just add sugar, because you only need the flavor.

Oooh, these look amazing! I've never thought about adding rosemary to caramel, but that sounds like it's definitely worth a try. I make this vineyard bread that is a crunchy wheat loaf with wine soaked raisins, toasted walnuts and rosemary and so I can definitely testify that rosemary and sweetness do marry well together. hi I have a question about handling chocolate. recently I got a silicone capsule mold to help make chocolates with little feelings inside of them. but everytime I try to handle the chocolate after I use the molds they would melt immediately and sometimes I would just let it set to room temperature and they would be melted. do you have any advice how to handle the chocolate?

I make chocolate covered treats for my in-laws as a christmas present. Usually i do choco covered pretzles, popcorn and other salty snacks. I might add one or two of these in for my 2020 gifts, especially some white chocolate peppermint flavors

i really dont know why but your videos always relax me and help me to go to sleep.specially the ones that you use melted chocolate. i know its so funny but i watch them to sleep easier when i cant sleep.and right now i have an allergic reaction and its reall hart to sleep for me so i found myself here :) your videos are amazing.keep up the good work !
