Milk chocolate compound is hard to find . You can mix your self 80% white 20% dark or change the ratio to achieve lighter or darker. I would go for white chocolate ganache recipe for that .

I never tied that, I think yogurt will split if you cook . Unless mix yogurt and chocolate together and use microwave in short steps.
