Now I know my mistake of making cake as the fondant torn apart due to Ganache not firm enough to hold the shape. Lesson learned.

Thank you Chef! Can we use milk chocolate compound instead of dark chocolate compound..if so what is the ratio of cream butter and chocolate

Milk chocolate compound is hard to find . You can mix your self 80% white 20% dark or change the ratio to achieve lighter or darker. I would go for white chocolate ganache recipe for that .

I never tied that, I think yogurt will split if you cook . Unless mix yogurt and chocolate together and use microwave in short steps.

No, heavy cream has more fat content, thicken cream is fresh cream with some gum for consistency.

You have to use pure compound chocolate for those not ganache.
