When u take middle notes from the chords and put into new layer. Is new layer different type of synth or same one as chords just on another track? @D-Tunez

So what type of sounds do you use to make harmonies? Just the same as chords? Or more synths sounds?

You can use both. Its more preference I think. I mostly just mess with it until I like it

I have been looking for it a long time too but I didn't find anything useful. So I wanted to make my own :) I got the bass from a friend and I haven't really looked into it

9:30 ive seen some tutorials that tell you to move the lowest/highest notes to the opposite sides of the chord(bottom to up up to down) by how many spaces are between it and the nearest note(e.g a CEG chord would turn into an EGB or ACE chord), if those arent inversions what are they?

Welke pre-sets in bijvoorbeeld FLEX zou je aanraden voor beginners om dit soort melodieën etc. mee te maken? Ik zie meer dan 1000 presets en weet niet welke ik moet kiezen haha, wat zijn je favorieten?

When u take the middle notes and bottom notes in the chords and makes new layers with them. Are u picking a different synth in the new layers? Or same exact synth just seperate track?

Ik gebruik altijd een scale en sla 1 noot over boven en onder de melody. Komt op hetzelfde neer toch?

@@DTunezOfficial ah no problemo misschien maar eens tijd om te kijken of sylenth1 te regelen valt😜. Dacht kan het altijd vragen. Heb wel wat dingen kunnen maken met een mix van sytrus en 3xosc maar zal dat wel eens in de discord delen om te kijken wat je ervan vind😌

Ik snap het niet helemaal. je gaat van de melodie naar de bas om de koorden te maken, en vervolgens stem je ze weer af op de melodie. waarom stem je koorden niet gelijk af op de melodie?

ey man! toffe video. Ik zit zelf alleen al heel erg lang met dezelfde vraag, en dat is hoe het met de akkoorden/chords nou eigenlijk zit. Is daar een bepaalde regel in wat wel en niet mag of kan. Ik kan daar geen duidelijke uitleg in het nederlands overvinden. Kun jij me daar mee helpen?

the entire video i was like "but what about note scales" lmao. Don't you use those? I mean if it sounds good by ear it should be fine ofc, but i've been using scales for a few years now

Me too, but I stepped away from scales as it is sometimes nice to go outside the scale (like at the end of the melody)

Bryan I know it’s been a while since u commented this but I think it’s best to know scales but not be scared to go outside of them, scales can be restricting and some of my favourite melodies I’ve made actually have notes outside of the scale.
