Hello cake room 😊 - you can dry fondant in the AC room or in a warm oven that has been turned off. - You can also add a little cmc/tylose powder and knead it with fondant 😊 - also, when working on fondant, sprinkle the fondant with cornstarch to prevent the fondant from sticking to your hands. - And if the weather is rainy/cloudy/wet, do it in a closed room. 😊😊👍👍

What type of fondant do you use? Do you make your own? Im a beginner and every time I attempt to make figurines they get smashed/deformed by my fingers. Yours maintain their shape even when you grab them and touch them with your fingers. Help!!!

Hii C Latiff :) I don't make fondant. I buy fondant from the Bakels or Fondx brands. I use / add cornstarch if the fondant sticks to my hands. And when making a round shape, like a head, you can place it on the curved watercolor container, then continue shaping the face, so you don't have to hold the bottom of the head.

Hi hi Helen 😊😊 I only use Fondant since 10 years ago and I dried them in AC room, only did that way back then.. And I started adding CMC / tylose powder to the fondant for my tutorial videos.. I never used gumpaste/flower paste, it's very expensive here and hard to find it online.. Thanks for watching, Helen 💕💕

@@naniemahali194 hi Nanie 😊 when I was selling cakes for years, I never used CMC, I just dried my fondant toppers in an AC room, thats all 😁. After fondant has hardened then move it into a closed cake box, so it will be kept hard.😊
