Cornflour:20gm
Oil:50gm
Butter:45gm
pwd sugar: 50gm
Milk maid :180gm
Vanilla essense: 1tsp
Vinegar:1/2tbsp
baking pwd:1 and 1/2tsp
Baking soda :1/2 tsp
salt: pinch
Milk 240ml
Step 2
Water: 150gm
sugar : 100gm
Coffee: 2 and 1/2tsp
step : 3 chocolate Ganashe
Chocolate : 150gm
Fresh cream : 75gm
step : 4 Butter cream
Butter : 200gm
Icing Sugar : 350gm to 400gm
Coffee syrup :2 tbsp
Milkmaid : 2tbsp
step 5 : chocolate Base
Chocolate :100gm
Crush hazelnut : 35gm
crush Wafer Buiscuit : 35gm
step 6: Chocolate glazing
Chocolate 200gm
oil : 30ml
