I've made a lot of 45 lb molds using your products. I will definitely being buying these kettlebell molds soon. Keep up the good work!

@MMA Views it takes about 30 minutes to set up, mix and pour the plates. Then about two days to wait and cure the concrete before popping them out of the mold.

Have you had any luck sealing them with plasty dip or flexseal?
@stixandstone3 ай бұрын
@@LuisGarcia-sm2xd yes. Plastidip, flexseal, and truck bed liner all work well to seal the concrete.

Would a pvc handle work ? Since it wont rust and i can use tape for a better grip And as long i dont throw the thing on the ground it should break right ?
@stixandstone3 ай бұрын
@@abdouaboud7490 bending pvc pipe weakens its structure. It’s possible that it would work if you don’t make a very heavy kettlebell. But steel will always be more trustworthy than plastic after bending.

A concrete kettlebell? Amazing! Is it durable?

Yes. So far I have been using my set for about two months. They have been so fun to work with.

$100 for a kettlebell mold??? You're making quite a lick on a piece of plastic. Your molds are by far the most expensive molds there are.
@stixandstone2 жыл бұрын
My molds are also the strongest, made with the thickest plastic for durability, with an industrial vacuum former. And the kettlebell mold is made to fit perfectly around the proprietary steel handles. These molds are very far from just pieces of plastic. Thank you for your comment. Have a great day.

go buy a set of kb 20-100 for close then 2k then, his margins on that "piece of plastic" are probably smaller than rogue who sells iron plates at outrageous prices when iron is $90 per metric ton (2200 lbs). smaller margins on his side + you having a kb set 20-100 lbs for under $600 with the mold and handles included in that, cant beat it. and if you think you can go try to start a competitor business make a better product for cheaper. after all its just a "piece of plastic" right?

Big problem with steel and iron is that ordinary man cannot just buy piece of it and make something out of it .. It's easier to find store and buy cement , or find stone in nature and use it . Quality steel is not easy to buy in local store , I found only iron , and it rusts and it's not practical . Instead I went for chains , it's easier to work with and more versatile . Steel is cheaper to produce than iron , and 1000 stronger from what I 've read . And still it's expensive and not only that , try to buy full steel bars etc , and make anything out of 6 metres full steel bar , it's so good of idea , but it's useless unless you are expert in working with steel , and you have space and expensive machines to produce something out of it . Just to simply cut that full steel bar , it's so hard , if your machines are not the best , you would easily kill few of machines you have at home , just to cut one thich steel bar . compare that with concrete that takes shape of any mold you have , and you can make whole set of strongman type equipment .. I personally like concrete , and steel too . But steel is just impossible to buy in small quantities and it's impossible to make anything from it because it's so , so strong . So I stick with old tires , concrete , stones , and chains . And I like look of concrete , and many millionares make their houses without finish , just smooth concrete wall , that concrete color and look , amazing style yet very simple and looks more like military object . @@blaisekilroy2390
