This channel is severely underrated. I just tried it. The shrimp came out exactly like panda express.

Out here doing *GOD'S WORK* lol. The top recipe on YT search looks like they got their sauce ingredient ratios waaaay off. Your recipe looks just right! Bless you, sis! 🙌🏻

P.s. If some people are having trouble keeping their shrimps crispy, try only using the egg *white* instead of the whole egg, remove some of the flour and add cornstarch instead, and instead of AP flour try rice flour or cake flour (cake flour is easier to find. 99.99999% of cake flour in USA is in a red cereal box-looking container with a big white swan logo on it. Can't find rice flour? Look in the gluten free flour section 😉 *Beware* any gluten-free flour with xanthan or guar gum in it as it will ruin your batter's texture. *Keep all liquids in batter super cold.* Good luck!

This looks delicious! Try dipping the shrimp in a Batter made with 4 egg white mixed until foamy then mix in 2/3 cup corn starch :) sooooo good!
