Any grain (like corn) plus any legume (like beans), makes a complete protein. So that would actually be a complete protein. :D

I'm surprised the nations don't have corn processing factories like in Mexico for masa, tortillas, husks etc..atleast not that I know of. Lot of jobs could be created from it. Jmo.
