Made a batch yesterday that everyone loved. Given the audience I went closer to a full can on the Coco Lopez and the sweetened condensed milk and it turned out great. The lime does a lot to separate it from other similar holiday drinks.

Thoughts on the final sweetness? Are you content with 50% of the sweetened condensed milk and Coco Lopez? Also, what's good aging on this drink? Similar to egg nog with long aging mellowing out and can age for years or is there a limit? Thanks love the content and Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Sweetness was right on for me, but many recipes I've seen are much more desert like and very thick which means more condesned milk and more cream of coconut. Honestly don't know about aging. If it should be aged, how long, etc. I only made it about 7 days ago.

This looks enticing. I'm tasked with bringing a punch to a party that will already have eggnog. Do you think this is different enough from eggnog that it would be worth bringing? If not, do you have a rum punch that you would recommend?

I rewatched your Martha Washington Rum Punch video and think I'll go for something more flavorful. Going off of your advise from a video or two ago that most tiki cocktails can easily task into the Christmas cocktail category, I think I'll make a large batch Nui Nui.

I'm getting ready to put up some open shelving over my bar area. I've watched so many of your videos, that I have recently noticed you added bars across the shelves to hold the bottles in. Was this necessary, or decorative? Maybe you are in an earthquake zone and this is a safety measure? Just curious. Appreciate your videos, I have made several of your cocktails. Merry Christmas!

Mainly safety. I added them in October of last year. Every October I'm reminded of the Loma Prieta earthquake and better to be safe then sorry.
