Made this cake for NYE party. Had to convert to oz. Doubled the fruit filling and yoghurt filling. Need to work on my mirror glaze a bit- had bubbles, had to boil my knife between cuts- but it was AMAZING! Perfect after our very rich dinner. Thank you for this video. I only had to watch it 20x 😅.

The leftover i always freeze and create new effects with it when glazing( different colours).

It’s clever but you didn’t show how you poured the 3 colours from the cup to get that effect, I suggest you used a spoon? And you didn’t say what to do with the cake after that to keep the pattern intact, did you refrigerate it or freeze it or just start serving right away? I think you need to be more thorough with your instructions

You should have stopped with the glaze after first pour...the additional white glaze just deluted the pattern wich was amazing, without the additional white...:)

Would like to ask when the frozen cake take out from the freezer will be condensed with moist and causing the white chocolate ganache become very watery even after pouring fast and place back to fridge. how to solve this issue?

Hi, That should never happen if you folow the steps. Now that happens when the freezer is to full or it doesn't reach the proper temperature, and sometimes improper semi whipped stage of whipping cream. Check out the video tutorial how to mirror glaze.
