I made my first batch and put in in the fridge for weeks in fact its still there but when it comes out a sets on the counter it softens up and is so good

I make chai spice honey but not out of creamed honey.

I bought the powder from dadant bee supply in Paris Texas. They have stores all over the nation. I believe it was called creamed honey starter. Since my husband became allergic to bees we no longer have bees so I no longer have a catalog to look it up.
