Creamy Kangkong (Spinach) Dip Pizza Recipe
I've always wanted to a make a home made pizza that taste like a pizza from top notch restaurant. I've made several pizzas before but doesn't satisfy me. Then someone told me to use the "00" flour. then the rest was history.
Creamy Spinach Pizza is one of my favorites. I've tried to recreate the famous Pizza from #angelspizza. Though I didn't use Spinach, it just tasted the same. Less expensive, easily available with same nutrients. You can always save thia recipe, I'd say this is the best Creamy Spinach (Kangkong) Pizza you'll ever make.
Recipe
for the dough
3 1/2 cup "00" Flour or All purpose flour.
1/4 tsp dried yeast
2 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Creamy Kangkong Dip
1 whole onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Kangkong leaves
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup fresh milk
1/3 cup of cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
