Oh my gosh, I just adore you! You're so precious, Mama Sue. I hope you didn't feel pressured into buying new video equipment. I have loved your videos as-is from the get-go. Who says you *must* have fancy, flashy, & high-falootin' videos??! I love yours for how real & authentic they -- and YOU -- are. I'll keep watching, no matter what. I really need to order your cookbooks. 😊 Life's been so hectic, I've been forgetting. Thanks to you & Harold for everything you do! Take care & God Bless!!!

These look great! I love easy, homemade recipes like this. I have 3 kids (7, 2, and 6 months). So anything that's good and easy and not from a box makes me happy to fix for my family! Can't wait to try this one. Thanks, Mama Sue! Also, I think you and your husband are doing just fine recording. It hasn't bothered me a bit. Keep on keeping on! 💯

These look delicious, I'm going to the store in the morning to get what I need to make these for dinner for my wife and I tomorrow night - although I think I'll reserve some of the sauce to brush on the ribs right before I put them under the broiler. I'll probably make baked beans and corn on the cob with it.

@3:22 when Mama says "I've made a mess, but that's life huh?" That hit deep for me. Going through my first year after a divorce, so that hits my heart differently i guess.

Does it have to be (8) hours? I like tender meat but not fall off the bone meat. Maybe the ribs can cook for (7) hours instead of (8) then they might not fall off the bone. What do you think?

I am seldom a commenter but a long time ago I read that we in America use salt & pepper too much! I like my salt & they said that pepper is a carcinogen. Well I've been using it sparingly ever since but who knew! Has anyone else ever heard this? Just one tsp is quite a bit, actually. Just an fyi. There's cancer in my family: mom had breast cancer/passed at 67; my sister had a lymphocytic blood cancer & passed on very early at 55 years old with a child of 7 yrs of age left motherless. It was so sad for little Mariah Mae
