It's carnival time! In keeping with my family's tradition, I love to make this authentic recipe for Chiacchiere. These Italian ribbon cookies (also called angel wings) are light, crispy and so addictive!

My nonna used to make these for me whenever she visited us and I used to take them to school with me in a little brown bag and impress all my (greedy) friends with my Italian crostoli 👌 now I make them all the time 😋😋😋
