I would love to see a video showing the whole process of getting an order, showing them the color and shape samples, making the stamp, throwing, glazing, firing, and delivering. Loved this video!

I'm very happy to hear about your success. If it is what you want I hope you can have a business with employees soon. It would be nice to see some one litre beer steins/mugs in the next restock if you have time and feel like making them after the commission work. I wish you nothing but more success.(I'll toss is health and happiness for you and your family too) 😀

Hi I'm Wells. I met you at Seagrove with Matthew. I now work for a production potter that sells in 90 galleries, as well as being a full time potter myself. I think it is an awesome direction to go.! Well Done

Would you consider doing a video about how to design and set-up a studio? Such as size of room, shelving, wheel placement, kilns placement, tool storage, sink and anything else that would be helpful . Thank you.

This was helpful. I had made my first California mug and my California was 1/4 inch thick and it seemed a bit to thick so I'm go to 1/8.

I would be interested to know how you come up with pricing for large orders? I know what your individual mugs on Etsy sell for but how does a business ordering them in bulk from you effect the price? I’m guessing adding multiple colors and stamped names etc raises the price up since that’s so much extra time, but then you’re not shipping etc etc. Love your informative videos and when you share behind the scenes info like this! Thanks Jon!!

Great video overall but I can’t be the only person thinking it’s only half done, you didn’t show the glazing process! Or at LEAST a shot of the finished-finished product 😅 Besides that, really great work and great channnel

I can see why the Anderson logo was tough because you have to meticulously paint all the parts of it and it makes it less lucrative for you.

Hey, I’ve got a question about your prices! When you are selling large orders to companies, do you lower your prices for individual pieces? I’ve been doing pottery for about five years and I am thinking about selling companies with logos!

Hiring staff? Think about a non compete clause in their hiring contract. Someone I new make race killer whales, and they kept having this problem. Seems like to tiny a business but not to those past employees. My husband has a bigger business so he needs it to. Something to think about.
