Is it to be used like a concentrate and add water, if yes what’s the rate? How long can it be stored in the cooler? Thanks

If a recipe is calling for water and dashi powder. You just sub both of the ingredients for equal quantity of dashi liquid from my recipe. So if you make a soup and they ask for 1l of water + 10g of dashi powder. Just use 1l of my liquid dashi. For the storing I usually keep it about a week maximum as I use before. But it could easily be frozen.
