Where have you been all my life? I am 65 and wish I had had the instruction you are giving here back when I was a teenager. My mom didn't really like to cook and didn't do much in the way of actually making meals. You go with what you know so my daughter grew up the same way I did. Now she wants me to start writing some recipes out for her. Guess where they are coming from? Yes, yes, yes right here. Thank you so much.

I've spent so long searching for the most detailed video on baking chicken. I couldn't find ONE, not one video as detailed as this one and I've been searching for months. I've searched how to clean chicken and they would show me how but leave out important details like "Why should I clean it, why should I cut it, Would it really mater if I choose not to follow certain steps etc. Nope they'd just say, cut this part off cause we don't want it. I don't think they realize that some people have zero cooking skills. Like ZERO! I don't know anything about cooking so I need every detail possible, so this video was perfect for me. But at the same time, making such a detailed video can be quite risky because most people have low patience and short attention so they're usually searching for videos that are more quick and to the point. But us non-cookers definitely need the more detailed videos.

Once you clean the chicken pieces put in a bowl with water and a little splash of white vinegar, let it sit for a few minutes... that will get off the slime and make your chicken feel squeaky clean.
