#1 Soybean Sprouts Fried Rice
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
12oz (350g) soybean sprouts
4oz (120g) pork pork bell or pork
2 eggs (optional)
2 green onions
Some gim (optional)
Seasoning
2T soy sauce
1T oyster sauce
1T cooking wine
2T gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
1T sugar
1/2T minced garlic
a pinch of pepper

Hello, Your Fried Rice video is great! Thank you so very much. Fifty years ago, I was in the Army stationed in Seoul and I used to love the Fried Rice I could find. Each restaurant had their own recipe, and each was very similar and they each had little differences that made them all special. A technique they all had was to top each serving with a whole scrambled egg to keep the food warm. To this day whenever I make Fried Rice, I always top it with a scrambled egg and remember some of my past days in the Land Of The Morning Calm. Thanks again!
