I have heard using an angel food cake pan is good to use cutting corn. Put your corn . Also a new piece of 2 by 4 with a spike nail run through it works really well. Just be sure the board and the nail are good and Clea. Of course. Tou could also use a until Pan.

I made fried chicken and all the fixings and fried the corn off the cob in butter, salt, pepper and sugar. The corn was wiped out before anyone finished anything else. Everyone said theyd never had corn that was better, ever. Id never even heard of it. Just didnt want to boil it that day.

I never boil corn anymore. I just cut the bottom off the cob, leaving all the shucks on it and microwave it. Then hold it by the top and shake the corn out. It takes all the silk off and shucks. Tastes better than boiling too. Gives you the real corn flavor cooked with tge silk and leaves on it.
