තෝෆු පෙනේරයක් වගේ නෙට් එකක දාලා වතුර බේරෙන විදියට පැය 4-5ක් ශීතකරණයේ දමා තියන්න ඉන්පසු මයික්‍රො අවන් එකේ 600 watts එකෙන් විනාඩි හතරක් රත්කරන්න. එහෙම නැත්නම් මයික්‍රො අවන් එක වෙනුවට අවන් එකේ රෝස් කරගන්න.
