How To Make Dhal Roti

Enjoy making this Dhal Roti, it is perfect to have on its own or with a curry.
Ingredients required
For the Dhal:
- 1/2 Cup Split Peas
- 1 tsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- Add any herbs to the dhal if desired
For the Dough:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Flour used for rolling the rotis
- 2 tsp salt
- Add boiling water to flour to get desired texture
