Hi! Thanks for this video. I am using a cricut explorer for the decals. Do you happen to know the best settings for the cricut to cut the stickers? It is currently not cutting the stickers all the way through so when I peel them up it doesn't always come up the right way with all the sticky backing. I have read several reviews about the cricut sticker paper not cutting well. I have ordered the paper you linked in the video.

Love, love, love ur demo.. Love the idea to use the spoon..INGENIOUS..💡🔆💡 At the moment I don't own a die cutter.. Would I be able to use labels (matte or glossy), trim to size (if needed) then seal with the clear epoxy..?? And also, in ur opinion which offer more freedom to create ur own images, designs & or even scan them without needing cartridges or always having to go to their hub to create...Cricut or Silohette..?? Hello alw470... thank you so much for watching. Matte vs Glossy is really up to you and the look you want. i prefer the glossy just my opinion but to be honest the epoxy gonna make it shine anyway. yes love your response about more freedom... i prefer silhouette only because i have feel in love with it. i have a cricut and i am (was back then limited to what i could do) but i have heard they are improving. what i can tell you is that when you get the cricut you can pretty much print/cut but only to a certain size (again what i have witnessed back then for myself) for the silhoutte it will be basic meaning you will eventually have to purchase a 1 time plan of your choice to do more... like rhinestones, etc. look at the different plans and compare which is better. I always tell people do NOT overspend do your research. i have a cameo 3 and again i LOVE it!!!!!! i don't have any change request at all it does everything that i need. now programs you can use and design in programs such as cricut, silhouette (i prefer because its easier)but there are others without a cutter: photoshop, affinity, and more. i hope i answered your questions without confusion. let me know (heart, heart, heart)

@@alw470 I prefer the silhouette over the Cricut. But that’s just my opinion. There are ways for you to design into silhouette without having extra programs... as you gain experience you will start looking at enhancing your design... but as for me I am doing just fine with my designs... I just learned how to tweek to get what I want ONLY BECAUSE I don’t wanna pay monthly for a program😜 like photo shop. I don’t mind paying a one time fee but monthly “I” have an issue 🤦🏾‍♀️ pls don’t judge me. But if you do purchase the silhouette there is a one time charge with a program specific for silhouette. Pls look at the compare chart on silhouette.com

Hello Shei thank you for watching. I use adhesive inkjet paper it’s in the description of the video. The steps after sizing on the computer 👉🏾 print using inkjet adhesive paper 👉🏾printed using inkjet printer Then I was able to use the registration marks to put inside my silhouette cutting machine and it cut out each domino OR you are welcome to do it by hand

Hello Tiffany the stickers uses is adhesive sticker paper, yes you can "hand" cut them. Thats how i started.

Hello Vesta I have never BUT that doesn’t mean that it can’t be done. Crafters will find a way out of no way. As far as the decals I think I heard someone mention it was done on MS word. Just have the measurements if Cricut 2 allows you to do a print and cut go for it. I can’t wait for you to tell me it can be done. I have an old Cricut so if you are new and need some how 2’s I’m sure I can blow the dust of of mine and help you figure some things out.

Height 1.800 width is .800 make sure you have your registration marks on,and make sure you offset your picture/image.Your paper should be sticky paper cut.

Yes I’m going off my Cricut memory it’s been a while😜 👉🏾pull up Cricut 👉🏾 go to Etsy search domino template svg (purchase) 👉🏾download it 👉🏾in Cricut it will say something like upload 👉🏾browse or search by name 👉🏾it should come up as a clean svg “ok” Then it should be in your history Search or click on it to pull up. .... ..... I will need to pull out and dust off the Cricut let me work stay tuned.

@coulture creations you have made me dust off this "old cricut" lol. ok so these are the steps get your image off etsy (domino template svg) purchase it and download it, save it (remember the name) open cricut upload locate the file that you have saved the template under open i select moderately complex (i just like it cause its in the middle, lol) continue use the "-" at the top to make your image smaller click in the white section anywhere on the page this should change it to blue and white small blocks... if you see it already leave it don't touch and hit continue select print and cute image save select it and hit insert image this should bring it up on the main screen minimize your screen at the bottle should be - or + select - if you want an image that you have saved "upload" and this will bring it on the screen and size it the size of the domino "block" do this all over until each domino is filled . look on the right you will see your image with an "eye" and the template with an "eye" you will cross out the template eye and this will just leave all of your domino images. if you want to add words do so and just make sure that they fit all in the box. .... make sure that your printer is connected. select make it at the top right do not mirror and hit continue.... sorry this is so long but i had to go thru it and your sheets should print. i hope this helps. let me know

I’m still getting holes it’s frustrating and I’ve wasted so many epoxy making dominoes that I can’t use. Omg I’m so frustrated

This may sound strange BUT it works WALK AWAY. When you get so frustrated and you notice that you are wasting material... walk away. I promise you that it’s something so minor. I need you to relax and let yourself lead. I have been where you are and sometimes if I am rushing OR trying toooo hard mistakes will show. I feel your anger TRUST you may have to adjust your temperature on your machine. Did you spray the epoxy with alcohol.... I have used both regular and 91% and I couldn’t tell the difference it’s a preference.... prior to putting the dominos in let them sit take a toothpick and trim around the edges..... if you have a heat gun slightly blow the heat on to pop the bubbles. What I’m trying to express there are so many things that can be done to get the same outcome. Just walk away to regroup your thoughts and steps. Does this makes sense? 🥰
