I made a jar of your recipe this past weekend and it was lovely. It is maintaining a smooth texture in the jar, unlike other butter recipes that I've tried which get hard in the jar by the very next day. I suppose the double whipping is responsible for that!! Love it! It was still a little greasy on my skin. Can I double the amount of Kaolin Clay or will that make it feel gritty?
