How To Make Dr.Seuss Hat Baby Onesie Cookies, Baby Shower

In this video cookie decorating tutorial I show you how to use a simple Dr.Seuss Hat stencil to create hat design on a cookie.You can use any cookie shape you want. I'm using baby onesie shape as these were made for the baby shower; round, square, heart shape cookies would work as well.
