How to Make Dried Fruits Using Your Oven
You probably have already seen or eat raisins someday. Or you've come across other dried fruits like dates, plums, figs and apricots when you went shopping.

Preheat oven to minimum temperature - about 50 degrees.
Use a lower temperature for thin fruits like sliced apple, banana and peach. Strawberries require a higher temperature. Over time, you will learn the particularity of each fruit.
Line the baking sheet with butter paper and arrange the fruits in a single layer, but do not let them touch.
To prevent fruit from curling during drying, cover with a peach-shaped pizza.
Take them to roast and leave the oven door slightly ajar to better control the process, thus avoiding overcooking.
The average time for the process is around 1h30.
When the fruit is dry, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool before eating.
