Yes, generally non-dairy is used for decoration. And I generally only use dairy cream for recipe.

Kak itu langsung beku? Atau taruh di kulkas dulu setelah drip? Kalo suhu ruang untuk dripping nya sendiri tahan brp jam?

Iya , Kalo mau benar2 beku setelah drip masuk kukas . Whipping cream biasa tahan di suhu ruang 8 jam . Harus dingin baru enak makan
