How to make simple dust collectors, that keeps the sawdust out of your shop vacuum cleaner. Super cheap to make and saves you money. Parts are easy to find. low watt consume but still enough powerfull for suck with big dust container. portable and easy for organize.
this is really help me for working and I am very pleased with the results and would recommend making one yourself

Wow.. mengadopsi komponen murah spt the technology of blower keong racun, the corong of bensin eceran, the pail of bekas kaporit or mentega.. menjadi sebuah dust collector ajib. The funnel under the baffle is a nice touch to increase cyclone effect, the rest is similar as mine :)

Pretty impressive, man!! I love the way you design that one. I just got 1 recommendation for you. You should use the plastic bag or any kind of bag and input it inside the box, so when you want to dump the dirt, it should be more easy for you.

Hi! Nice video, and clever design, I really like the baffle design, but, I'm sorry to tell you that there's a serious issue: nothing, absolutely nothing will ever adhere propperly onto polyethilene or polypropilene plastics such as the ones in your paint basket or the funnel. They seem to adhere at first, but they will come out sooner or later, so, either you choose another plastic such as PVC o acrilyc, or you find a different fastening method I hope this advise will be so usefull for you as your videos are for me Best regards. thank for suggestion, i not show all on video i give super glue and epoxy gluw on ex paint bucket after all dry i give silicone for fill the gap, but this is prototype i will upgrade more powerfull for dust collector give extra bag and window on dust container and make more vacuum give extra rubber between dust container and dust separotor. thank you for watching and suggstion

@@plywoodworking I'm sorry, but I must insist: nothing will adhere propperly onto neither polyethilene nor polypropilene. Not superglue, not epoxy not silicones. They will peel off sooner or later. I'm chemical engineer, specialized on polymers and adhesives, so I know what I'm talkig about. Do not waste your time: switch materials or fastenig/sealing method. Good luck!!

Because this is a prototype, ad a bag in the collector, use a jigsaw in your jig to cut circles -less dust- and what more can I say just perfect as always thanks ps is there anyway you can reuse the dust into new HDR or a paste to fill screw holes.

@@plywoodworking Kakak bro... ada kalanya kritik yg masuk itu bikin kurang nyaman di hati, terkadang terasa kurang merhargai kl salah menyampaikan. Tapi IMHO kurang bijak jg kl ngejawabnya gitu.. tampung aja dan jangan di respon 'ora demen ora usah rungokne, rasah disawang, skip wae'. Ini terkait selera yg bisa konteksnya subjektif dari owner channel maupun dr subscriber atau viewers. Berbeda selera seharusnya wajar, tampung aja.. urusan dijadiin pertimbangan ataukah tidak itu 100% hak sampean, krn disini sampean tuan rumahnya. Peter saya rasa niatnya ngasih masukan, cuman kurang smooth caranya.. too straight dan crot. Semisal buat saya pribadi.. memangsaya menilai backsound-nya plain, cenderung boring, kurang feel yg dpt bangkitin energi dan semangat.. tp saya ndak pernah komplain krn bagi saya scr subjektif ndak sampai level mengganggu, cuma bikin ngantuk doang. Tapi.. buat sodara Peter, itu membuatnya kurang bs konsentrasi. Seperti kasus sebelumnya... khan ada jg yg ngomentarin tentang voice over yg feelnya 'robotic' dan ala google.. ada yg gak suka, ada yg gak masalah. Saya pribadi pun menilai kombinasi style voice over yg digunakan dan backsound yg plain memang jujur kurang greget.. tapi sy tetep enjoy2 aja, tetep bersyukur sdh dihadirkan konten2 DIY yang warbiyasah. Sabar ya kakak bro... belajar lbh bullet proof aja dg berbagi komentar yang masuk yg sekiranya gak nyaman di hati.
