Ingredients:
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Onion 2 sliced
For crushing:
Shallots 10
Green chilli 3
Garlic 15
Ginger 1 1/2'' piece
For grinding
Kashmiri chilli 4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Tomato 2 small
Curry leaves few
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp-1 tsp
Meat 1 kg with bone
