Mahimachechee… Super tasty mutton curry.. I tried it yesterday.. The fried onion gives a different flavour and taste to the curry.. we eat a lot lamb/ mutton , but this roasted spices and fried onion gives a variety taste.. once again Thanks dear.. ur dishes has less ingredients and super taste.. keep going

Yes..you can roast powders are use. I stead of coriander seeds use 2 tsp coriander powder
