I just came from your picture post you made yesterday, I was sooo excited when I saw this video was already posted! As soon as I saw you scratching the clay with your exacto blade and then placing the pieces on the stems it blew my mind!! Something so simple as that REALLY DOES LOOK LIKE LAVENDER FLOWERS!!!! That’s amazing!!!!! I was literally just thinking about making earrings with lavender flowers on them and was scrolling through your videos for suggestions last week, what a coincidence you posted one! Thank you so much for sharing these amazing tutorials with us!!! 💜💜💜💜

Lovely, if you use the cutter you used to cut the pieces with and a cutter the next size up you could have framed it that way instead of using thin snakes wrapped around, but your way looks just as good. Thank you for sharing. 💐

Ooh me too!! The Greatest Showman and Hamilton are my absolute favorite go tos! My husband said if he hears either one of those ever again he will call Disney + and have them removed lol. Good thing now I have my own 640sqft studio to work in and he can't hear my TV anymore 😆 😅 keep going and just practice #nevergiveup 🥰

Beautiful! I just discovered your channel as I’ve started making earrings myself as a hobby and I’m in love with your creations! What was the drilling tool you used to drill the hole? I only saw it for a split second and can’t find it in the list of tools in your description
@FernMitchHandmade2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! 🥰 I’m so sorry I missed that. I will be update the description. It’s from Amazon. It’s called the Utool Cordless Rotary tool. I have had it for like 3 years now and it’s perfect for small projects like these.

@@FernMitchHandmade Hi 👋 how have you been?? Haven't seen you for a while. Hope everything is going ok. I finally got my hands on some cernit translucent clay!! I love the shop you recommend! Thank you again so much. But, now that I have it, I was hoping to find a video on your ghosts and how you draped it. I would like to make wedding veils on some earrings. Could you please help?? 💜💜💜 as Always, you know I love your work. Hope all is well with you. Take care, ciao Giamarie from Nevada 💜

@@FernMitchHandmade thank you so for replying! I have one more question and I'll leave you alone 🤣 I baked my first set last night and they were still "bendy". Is that normal or am I not baking them long enough? I put them on 275 for 45 minutes. They were marble. My knot earrings came out good though!

My cutters keep sticking entirety the clay does anyone know how to help fix this?
@FernMitchHandmade2 жыл бұрын
There are several ways! You can dip the cutters in corn starch or water. Or you can lay some cling film and cut through it. Also, try wiggling the cutter a little bit next time. I find it helps me a lot ☺️
