These are beef short ribs. If you can't find them you can also use beef ribs. Any bone in beef will work you just might have to adjust the cooking time. Let me know how it goes and if your wife approves =)

Haha yes, it's a 2 day process with a slow cooker. I might redo this with an instant pot.

You can also put the setting on high and cook for half the time. So on high setting for 3 hrs. Let me know how it turns out when you make it

TOOOOOO LONG to cook.... 12 HOURS and 30 minutes!!! this is too much much time with same results as the normal slow cooker of 5 hrs only.... What king of meat you're cooking? DINOSAUR meat ba?
