I have a question and have not been able to find the answer so far. I am curious if I could use my instant pot to boil the berries and instead of straining them, if I could pour everything into my Vitamix and blend everything together and use that way.

Hi I made my 1st batch last night with dry elderberry was I supposed to mash them? I just squeeze with cheesecloth
