Another DIY with mini circuit breaker ,relay, ... Using 24 electronic components to prevent Overcurrent protection PCB board without FUSE .I rather buy the completed PCB than making it ! If you have less than 3 components or less to satisfied your design project ? Then it is much better . Anywhere I respect and salute your effort Idea/knowledge Sharing . Firstly Your CT Coil is not set for Current Mode (Put 10R or 1R at CT's Both Pins). Secondly, Your 555 Timer's Capacitors will charge after some time by using any AC Load, Hence you will keep yourself clicking the reset button after now & while (Under Low Load). Sadly, bad designs, not tested. Please make usable circuits which are tested by professionals (see Internet). Cheers.

I have several issues with this video. No explanation of the circuit theory is given, nor any of the test procedure. Current transformer not described in detail. I cannot read the Chinese datasheet. What is the turns ratio and core material? Should there not be a burden resistor on the output? If you designed this circuit you should explain it. Why use a 555 timer instead of an op-amp or comparator? Watching you solder may be interesting for some, but does not impart useful information. Also, why not use a formal schematic? They are easier to read, IMHO Mark S.

@@mayoortechinnovations I think this project should work if it is made like a diagram in the right way. I made a DC 12 volt project. CT was not used there. It was working. And this project uses AC volts and CT here. You can try.
