@@bincychris I made this recipe and used my stand mixer. I think I didn't knead it long enough, but they still tasted great. I will try again and knead it longer, maybe let the machine do half the kneading and finish by hand so I can feel the texture of the dough.

I made English muffins a couple of times with a different recipe that had a VERY moist dough and was quite hard to handle. I’m going to try your as it looks much better to make and the results looks much nicer. Thank you!

Hi Sherlin,yes,we can bake them in oven too . 170-180 c or 335-350F for around 12minutes
