Christmas is over but I love fruit cake anytime of the year. I usually whip the butter and the sugar the regular way. I never knew your way existed. I made this two days ago and there’s only a few slices left because my family has gone crazy over it saying it’s the best cake they have ever had, and I totally agree. 10/10. 👍🏾

Tip: place your flour in a separate bowl and season it to your liking before adding it to the water and yeast mixture. Makes the dough flavorful.

These biscuits are the BEST that I have ever tasted! I had somewhat given up on making a good biscuit. So I am very glad that I stumbled upon your recipe. In America the majority of biscuit makers who share recipes think that the secret is very, very cold milk or buttermilk and frozen butter shredded. I like to flip the pan after baking and scoop any filling on buns. I love them close in pan. Never tried with one proofing though 🤔🤔 we like them gooey.

Hello Bincy, Happy New Year! I made these rolls today. I was a bit nervous with the milk measurement, I was not sure I got 140ml. To my surprise, it was very soft & delicious!!!! I eat two right out of the oven, I probably would have eaten all of it, had I not share them with my family. Thanks so much.
