I started decorating gingerbread cookies about 7-8 years ago and now I would like to share my creations with you. These royal icing lace cookies can be decorated with a light pastel base for more contrast, but I prefer the white.

I wanted to tell you that I love your videos. I would personally prefer a classical music background, but it's not a big deal, I just turn down the volume on the video and play it on something else. It might seem weird, but watching you do royal icing lace is very relaxing for me and helps me sleep!
