DIY tutorial on how to make tassels using vintage and recycled fabric and fibers. These are a little addictive to make. They are so easy, colorful, and fun. You can use these tassels for key chains, purse clips, necklaces or hang on a junk journal.

Where did you get the bell cap + stones. Those remind me of Pandora Beads.

I got them at Walmart and yes it looks like a Pandora bead. They have them in various colors.

I don't have the package, but the cap is 5/8 inches tall (1.5 cm), and the same width across the bottom. I bought them either at Walmart or Hobby Lobby.
