jeannette stuckelschwaiger thank you dear, you can get this salmon belly at Korean market. If I want to get I have to go to California, Houston and Philadelphia. Where I live we don’t have Korean market.

Yes you can use it as long it say salt (not cured salt)

Navychhaing Voeun bong in used to make just salmon meat but it turn out not good. The meat is too soft fall off too easy no fat. Bong they sell salmon belly at Chinese market or Korean market.
