• 310g of flour
• 450ml of milk
• 2 eggs
• 60g of sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
2. Prepare the Wet Mixture:
Whisk the yolks with milk and sugar until well combined.
3. Mix the Dry Ingredients:
Sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the yolk mixture, stirring until smooth and lump-free.
4. Add Oil:
Mix in the vegetable oil until fully incorporated.
5. Beat the Egg Whites:
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter using a spatula, working in upward motions to preserve the airiness. The batter should be thick but pourable.
6. Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil before cooking the first batch; for subsequent pancakes, additional oil won’t be necessary.
