Yes, when my son was discharged from NICU, I was guided on this procedure very well. For 0-6 months Aptamil Gold stage 1 is recommended. For 6-12 months its stage 2. Aptamil has prebiotics which helps in keeping the gut healthy. Healthy gut means less chance of stomach related issues like colic, indigestion, constipation etc.

Yes. 70 degree is ideal for making formula milk. It won’t form any lumps at 70 degrees. Shaking forms bubbles and that is not good for baby.
