Madam please I want to know that when using the semi-liquid culture 🧫,how much quantity will you use in preparing 10 litres of yoghurt? 2., Please after the fermentation, how much quantity of water do you use to dilute the yogurt of 10litres to get that thick consistency? Thank you very much

It will depend on the semi-liquid culture.... however, for best consistency....you can use at least 200ml I don't think you should dilute it after fermentation

Job well done. Keep it up madam. I tried to use the Unsweetened yogurt I bought as you said but when I used it, the milk curdled. But I poured it into the larger milk like that. After incubation and mixing, the yogurt wasn't smooth. There were particles in it. Pls what's the reason it happened that way. Secondly what amount of the sodium Bensoate can you use to what qty of milk solution and where can we get it to buy? Thanks a lot.

There will always and somehow a little a water at the top the yoghurt when bottled but you can add preservative to it.... It should at least for last a month or two .

Madam please I prepared some and the time for fermentation was 8 hours and the yoghurt isn't all thick and it explodes from the bottles within some days. Please what went wrong and do I need to do?

I am sorry for the inconveniences. Actually, the thickness depends on the quantity of milk powder used. Also, with the explosion...when you bottle, you don't have to let it sit outside and cool down before you keep in the fridge...you may get the explosion if that was what happened. There might be other cause.

I can deliver one to you....but check malls for unsweetened yoghurt if you don't what I used.

Please can I use a different milk powder if I can't afford the milac and LP for now

Of course you can but the issue is the quantity you will need of that milk powder maybe more than what you need of the milac or LP to prepare the same quantity of yoghurt and the vice versa.
