I would marinate in buttermilk, and use it with an egg for a wash before dredging or coating with the flour. And a tip for you, add a tablespoon of corn starch to your flour. Corn starch is the one ingredient that makes Japanese tempura batters so crispy and crunchy.

I am all for cleanliness, I think all cooks should be clean, but just having the ribs so close to the soapy water, just in case the ribs accidently come in contact with the soapy water, it is not good health wise, as far as her recipe is good.

Cherlyn Kinney hi my name is Tanya frying ribs and turkey wings I very simple I don't boil mine I put mine in the oven I'm going to tell you how to fry you some ribs are turkey wings get whatever seasonings that you like bell pepper onion and garlic powder onion powder whatever ribs you prefer if you use beef ribs Always by unseasoned meat tenderizer because beef ribs take longer to cook and they are tough because their beef get whatever pot you want to cook your meat and in the oven put water into the pot wash your ribs place your ribs into the pot of water make sure is enough water to cover the ribs one half of bell pepper one half of onion it's many garlic cloves as you like crushed season the water very well Lawry's seasoning salt onion powder garlic powder bell pepper and onion put pot into the oven on 350 let cook for 4 and 1/2 hours it's your meat get real tender do not let the meat fall completely off the bone when done take cut out of oven take ribs out placed on plate with paper towel to drain the juices from the ribs take Skillet with grease on top of stove enough grease to Golden Brown ribs on both sides why ribs are cooling take a little more garlic powder and onion powder sprinkle over the cook ribs why cooling sprinkle just a little bit of seasoning sauce not a lot cover the roots with flower on each side when Grease is hot place ribs in a skillet let them golden brown on each side what state are golden brown take out in a back while clean paper tile you can do the same thing the same way with turkey wings I do it all the time and it's very very good if you do it the way I said the it will come out right but if you boil the meat is going to taste like boiled fried meat dinner in the oven enjoy is so easy to do bake the ribs in the oven until they get very tender take out le cool off re-season a little bit flower on each side play Santa skillet golden brown on east side
