How to make Glowing WATER! part 1/2 (anyone can do this)

how do i do this, tell me and i will let you know if your right in part 2.
Keep in mind that anyone can do this with a few common household objects.

oh this is easy its just a glow stick thats been cracked and opened up and the liquid was poured into the cups... or glow in the dark powder used for paint mixed in with the water

First you take apart any highliter and you have to take the ink filter off when done you have a little water and soak all of the ink out. into a cup.. Next have a black light and the water will glow

you have one of those blue lights that make thing white yellow blue glow. and then you put hightlighter ink in the water

what you do is grab a highligter and then take all apart inside the high lighter there shoud be as thing that has the tint what you do is scueeze it into the water

its because you either use a highlighter or glow stick broke it open and then let it soak in some water and and and, erftd hold on lost my train of thought...oh you let it soak in the watter then added it to more water and then put it under a black light, although i've gotta say verc is funny, reminds me of JTHM
