How To Make Golden Chicken and Mushroom Soup

a good chicken and tomato broth is probably my favorite base for any soup. I hope you give this recipe a try, thanks for watching!

ingredients:
2 liters chicken broth - I used about 1.3kg/3lbs of chicken to make broth for 3 litres of soup
2 tbsp chicken fat
1 lb/454g sliced mushrooms
1/2 large bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 small white onion
6 cloves garlic / same amount of ginger
3 tbsp flour
1 small can tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika
salt/pepper to taste
